DITEKO LTD is a concession company established in 2009 for the financing, construction, commissioning, administration and maintenance of the hydroelectric cascade of Zall Okshtun.

The main object of the activity is the production and sale of electricity.

History

DITEKO is a privately-held hydropower development company that focuses on building new, low-impact hydropower projects.

The Company consists of four major shareholders representing 100% of the share capital. “GJOKA KONSTRUKSION” represented by Mr. Rrok Gjoka is the owner of 50% of the share capital of the company. “ME-AJ Energy” LTD, represented by Mr. Perparim Golli holding 35% of the share capital of the company. Company “2T” LTD, represented by Mr. Artan Sako is the owner of 10% of the share capital of the company. “PERXHOLA” LTD, represented by Mr. Perparim Golli is the owner of 5% of the share capital of the company.
